Biyaya Animal Sanctuary, the main beneficiary of the Biyaya Animal Care Group, rescues and rehomes abandoned and neglected stray pets—primarily our very own Aspins and Puspins—providing them shelter, care, and a chance to find loving forever homes.

From the quiet innocence of a five-year-old girl learning compassion from her grandfather, to leading a pioneering social enterprise, Ms. Rina Ortiz's journey with animals is one of unwavering dedication. It began simply, yet profoundly.
